All days are counted as working days only (weekends excluded), after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
All shipments are sent by DHL or UPS.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LORDYA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Please provide us a full precise address and contact number. Once the order is shipped we are no longer able to change the address or redirect the package. We will not be responsible for any wrong delivery address provided to us.
Take into consideration that if someone is not present at the address provided at the time of delivery some carriers might leave the package at your door or at a safe location within the building. Please, to avoid any issues, always use an address where someone will be available to receive the package. Deliveries occur mostly during work hours so its best to use your work address.
If your shipment has an issue, gets delayed or gets lost by the carrier, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into it. An investigation will be opened with the carrier, so please allow up to 8 days to get a feedback from them. If the package is not found or the problem solved, and the reason for it is not liable to you, we will re-ship your order at no cost.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If a payment dispute occurs before shipment, the order will be held because Paypal/Stripe will withhold payment under such circumstances. Please settle the dispute to proceed with the order.
